Refund Policy

In the event of an error with your online transaction we will honour your request for a refund provided an official notification is made within 48 hours of your purchase. Please contact us at info@cansia.ca or 613-736-9077 Ext.221. Please include your name,telephone number and the date and amount of your transaction. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. There will not be any refunds on Lab materials, course manuals, publications and CD Disks with content.
